Getting to the property
We are excited to host you at Village Loft #28! Here are some key details for the day of your arrival.
Physical address – 1401 Lowell Avenue, Park City UT 84060 Unit #28
(Note that this address does not accept mail or packages)
If you take airport transportation or ride share (highly recommend for this location), you should be able to just walk to the building using the pinned map below.
Apple Maps link – The pin is the location of the correct building, the unit is on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator as well as stairs from the plaza level (stairwell door code is 1401)
If you choose to rent a vehicle, the below map will show the entrance to the parking garage. You can park in any space on the main level. There is no allowed parking down the ramp to the lower levels.
If you pre-arranged to have a parking pass and paid the refundable deposit there will be a pass in the condo for you to display. Please remember to return the pass when you leave, the rental car companies throw them out immediately when you return your car!
Important – Standard check-in is at 4PM MST. Your unique access code for the keypad on the front door will not activate until 4PM.
If you expect to arrive in Park City earlier than 4PM, you are welcome to text me when you arrive in Park City so I know you are here. I cannot guarantee early access to the unit but if I am able to get you in early I would be happy to do so!
For liability reasons, the housekeeping staff is instructed not to answer the door if they are working on the day of your arrival. Please contact me directly as they will not let you arrive early and drop your luggage off.
Your unique door code will be shared with you within a few days of arrival, once you reach the unit itself your code will unlock the door.

The modem is in the corner between the couches if you feel that it needs to be power cycled.
Fireplace – There is a wall switch next the fireplace to turn it on. Sometimes it can take a minute if it hasn’t been used for a while.
Trash – There is a bank of trash cans down in the breezeway near the elevators that are marked for Loft use, you can bring your trash bags here when needed.
Laundry – The building laundry room is on the 3rd floor.
Please be respectful of this beautiful property and neighbors during your stay. No smoking (including on decks, patios, etc), no parties, no pets allowed at this property.
Please contact me if there is anything that is taking away from your enjoyment of your stay. Grumpiness and bad reviews don’t make your trip better! Communication and understanding allows us to address the issue so you can get back to your vacation.

Check-out is 10AM or earlier. We ask that you plan ahead and respect this departure time. Our housekeeping folks are under extreme pressure every year and it is important that they are able to stay on schedule each day. You are welcome to text me the day before your arrival with questions, I am happy to extend by an hour or two if the housekeeping schedule allows it. I can’t guarantee availability or schedule anything in advance however.
We have everything covered as far as check-out, but if you can run the dishwasher and take your trash the team will be very grateful for the help!
Please don’t forget to the leave the parking pass if you used it!
