  • During the COVID environment, we are remaining strict on the arrival to allow maximum time for housekeeping to sanitize and prepare the units between guests.

  • Besides inside the unit, this includes associated areas such as in garages, on decks, and around entrances.
  • Please contact us about service animals or other special circumstances.
  • Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival incur no penalty. Within 60 days, cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay will forfeit the advanced payment if a replacement reservation cannot be secured. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
  • Your group number (Adults/Children) was noted on your reservation upon booking, please let us know if your group changes for any reason. Additional guests added without full disclosure to Park City Experience may result in additional fees.
