My wife and I have been coming to this VERBO for the past 7 years for a week during ski season. My wife hates schlepping her skis and boots around and this place is perfect because it has a heated, indoor locker as part of the rental. There are two big bathrooms (both have large tubs and one has Jacuzzi jets in it for wonderful relaxation after a hard day of skiing) along with a great king-sized bed and there is a pull-down bed in the front room so you can sleep 2 couples of a couple of kids. The property has a gas fireplace, a nice kitchen and a great high speed router connected to the audio-video system which allowed us to binge watch without interruption 4 seasons of House of Cards uninterrupted. The property also has a balcony overlooking the ski lift and has a built-in snow gage--the top railing which collects snow when it falls. One year we woke up to 12 inches and knew it was powder time before we could even turn on the weather report. The property is on the first level and we never heard loud noise or partying since all the shops below are closed by 6 p.m. Finally, the public but to both Main Street and to The Canyons and Deer Valley is a short walk down two flights of stairs so you don't really need your car very much. When going to Park City to ski, we would NEVER stay anywhere else. It really is true Ski-In, Ski-Out and the best one in Park City.
