Getting to the property
We are excited to host you at Park Station #128! Here are some key details for the day of your arrival.
Physical address – 950 Park Avenue, Park City UT 84060 Unit #128
(Note that this address does not accept mail or packages). Park Station has 2 buildings, the one more near Park Avenue with the more grand entrance is the Building 1, which is the building this condo is located in on the 2nd floor.

If you choose to rent a vehicle, there are a few spaces in front of Building 1 marked for Park Station guests. If those are occupied, the rest of the parking area is through the underground parking and on the other side. Please note the signs, most of the parking underneath the building is not for Park Station guests. There will be a parking pass in the condo if you pre-arranged for one. Please be extra careful to return the pass at the end of your stay, the HOA charges a large fee for a replacement.

Check-out Instructions
Important –
Check-out is 10AM or earlier. We ask that you plan ahead and respect this departure time. Our housekeeping folks are under extreme pressure every year and it is important that they are able to stay on schedule each day. You are welcome to text me the day before your arrival with questions, I am happy to extend by an hour or two if the housekeeping schedule allows it. I can’t guarantee availability or schedule anything in advance however.
We have everything covered as far as check-out, but if you can run the dishwasher and take your trash the team will be very grateful for the help!
Thank you and have a safe trip back home!
