There is a parking pass in the condo that you can hang in your car to use this lot. With the new public parking rules in place at PCMR, the resort will charge us $400 for a lost pass. Please make sure to keep track of the pass and return it to the unit before leaving. We will ask our guests to cover this fee if the pass is lost.
Check-in Details
Important – Standard check-in is at 4PM MST. Your unique access code for the keypad on the front door will not activate until 4PM.
If you expect to arrive in Park City earlier than 4PM, you are welcome to text me when you arrive in Park City so I know you are here. I cannot guarantee early access to the unit but if I am able to get you in early I would be happy to do so!
For liability reasons, the housekeeping staff is instructed not to answer the door if they are working on the day of your arrival. Please contact me directly as they will not let you arrive early and drop your luggage off.
Your unique door code will be shared with you within a few days of arrival. You will use it to open the exterior doors and common areas, as well as the unit door itself.

Property notes
Fireplace – There is a wall switch next to the fireplace to turn it on. Sometimes it can take a minute if it hasn’t been used for a while.
Murphy Bed – The Murphy bed can simply be carefully lowered from the wall. When storing, it is best to store the pillows rather than leaving them on the bed and risking jamming up the mechanism.
Heat control – The old dial thermostat does not control the heat, simply leave it where it is set. There is a remote for the mini-split unit, which can be used to select the mode (heat, A/C, fan only, etc.) and the desired temperature.
Trash – There are some trash cans in the stairwell on the first floor, you can bring your trash bags here when needed. Please let me know if you need access to the larger dumpsters that are nearby as well.
Laundry – The building laundry room is on the 3rd floor.
Pool/Hot Tub – The Lodges pool area is across the plaza on the northwest side of the outdoor ice rink. Your common area access codes will unlock doors to the area.
Ski Storage – If you rented skis the shop will hold your equipment overnight for you, this is by far the best option. Please take care if you bring your equipment up to the condo. The HOA requests that equipment is not left in the hallway. There is a locker if you need it, however it is difficult to find and not that convenient. I am happy to share the details if you would like to use it however, feel free to reach out for info.
House rules
Please be respectful of this beautiful property and neighbors during your stay. No smoking (including on decks, patios, etc), no parties, no pets allowed at this property.
Please contact me if there is anything that is taking away from your enjoyment of your stay. Grumpiness and bad reviews don’t make your trip better! Communication and understanding allows us to address the issue so you can get back to your vacation.
Please make sure to have an absolutely amazing time in Park City!
Check-out Instructions
Important –
Check-out is 10AM or earlier. We ask that you plan ahead and respect this departure time. Our housekeeping folks are under extreme pressure every year and it is important that they are able to stay on schedule each day. You are welcome to text me the day before your arrival with questions, I am happy to extend by an hour or two if the housekeeping schedule allows it. I can’t guarantee availability or schedule anything in advance however.
We have everything covered as far as check-out, but if you can run the dishwasher and take your trash the team will be very grateful for the help!
Please don’t forget to the leave the parking pass if you used it!
Thank you and have a safe trip back home!
