Getting to the property
We are excited to host you at Fawngrove #1508! Here are some key details for the day of your arrival.
Physical address – 1512 Deer Valley Dr N, Park City UT 84060 Unit #1508
(Note that this address does not accept mail or packages)
Apple Maps link – The pinned map shows the location of the correct building.
If you choose to rent a vehicle, there are 2 options. There is limited surface parking that is first come – first serve. If there are no spaces available or you prefer to park underground, pull down the ramp below the building and enter code 139713 followed by the ‘Bell’ button. Below you will find an assigned space for unit #1508.
Important – Standard check-in is at 4PM MST. Your unique access code for the keypad on the front door will not activate until 4PM.
If you expect to arrive in Park City earlier than 4PM, you are welcome to text me when you arrive in Park City so I know you are here. I cannot guarantee early access to the unit but if I am able to get you in early I would be happy to do so!
For liability reasons, the housekeeping staff is instructed not to answer the door if they are working on the day of your arrival. Please contact me directly as they will not let you arrive early and drop your luggage off.
Your unique door code will be shared with you within a few days of arrival, once you reach the unit itself your code will unlock the door.

The modem is in the cabinet below the main TV if you feel that it needs to be power cycled.
Fireplace – There is a knob in the lower right corner of the fireplace that has 3 positions:
On – Pilot – Off
The knob should be turned between Pilot and On only, if the knob gets turned to Off it will extinguish the pilot light which will need to be re-lit before working again.
Trash – There are community trash cans in the parking garage where you can take your bags.
Please be respectful of this beautiful property and neighbors during your stay. No smoking (including on decks, patios, etc), no parties, no pets allowed at this property.
Please contact me if there is anything that is taking away from your enjoyment of your stay. Grumpiness and bad reviews don’t make your trip better! Communication and understanding allows us to address the issue so you can get back to your vacation.

Check-out is 10AM or earlier. We ask that you plan ahead and respect this departure time. Our housekeeping folks are under extreme pressure every year and it is important that they are able to stay on schedule each day. You are welcome to text me the day before your arrival with questions, I am happy to extend by an hour or two if the housekeeping schedule allows it. I can’t guarantee availability or schedule anything in advance however.
We have everything covered as far as check-out, but if you can run the dishwasher and take your trash the team will be very grateful for the help!
